Q. Can I make a reservation by telephone / e-mail?
To make a reservation by phone, please call the magical hotel reservation center (050-5894-3737).
Reception hours are from 10:00 to 18:30. You can not book by e-mail.

Q. Can I change / cancel my reservation by phone / e-mail?
A. I can not. If you made a reservation with WEB, please do so at the reserved website (online distributor).
In case of booking from the call center, please contact the call center.

Q. When will the cancellation fee be charged?
A. It is 14 days before arrival. Cancellation fee of 14 days ago: 10%, 7 days ago: 20%, previous day: 50%
If there is no contact on the staying day, you will be charged the full amount.

Q. Is there a parking lot? Can I reserve a parking lot?
A. The hotel has a parking lot.
■ Advance reservation Private parking lot / 10 regular cars 5 passenger cars / bus
(In the case of a large car, two parallel cars are available for parallel parking.)
■ Reservation-only parking lot for the day / 14 regular cars

Q. Is there a shuttle from Maihama Station?
A. I have a free shuttle bus. Use public transportation. Please check the "Free Shuttle Bus" page.

Q. What time is check-in / check-out? Can you extend it?
A. Check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out time is 10:00. Short term stay plans are checked out at 9 AM.
Early check-in is not possible. Late check-out takes place at 12 o'clock and there is an additional charge.

Q. Can I put my bags before check in or check out?
A. No. You can not store your baggage. Please deposit it in the coin locker at the hotel entrance.
Please note that the number of coin lockers is limited.

Q. Can I stay with a minor only?
A. For those under the age of 20, parental consent form is required.
※ For those under 15 years old, parents are required.

Q. Is there a barrier-free room?
A. There is one room (barrier-free room) for disabled people who generally need assistance.

Q. Is there a non-smoking room? Do you have a room to smoke?
A. All buildings are non-smoking. There is one place where you can go outside.

Q. Is it possible to enter and leave in 24 hours?
A. Freedom, 00: 00-06: 00, the main entrance is locked to prevent crime.
Please touch the key of the room's room, or if you do not have it, please let us know by intercom outside the main entrance.

Q. Do you have human staff? If your physical condition gets worse during your stay, does the robot handle it?
A. The hotel staff is available 24 hours. Hotel staff will respond in case of emergency.


Q. What is the security measure of the robot's corresponding hotel?
A. I am checking 24 hours with a security camera. The hotel is locked at night, so you can not enter anything except the customer. Also, elevators to the cabin floor can not be used without a card key.

Q. Can I use the Internet?
A. Free Wi-Fi is available in the lobby.

Q. Do you have room service? Can you deliver a birthday celebration cake etc?
A. None.

Q. Is there a laundry service?
A. None.

Q. Can I send luggage such as suitcase to the hotel in advance?
A. It is possible. Please observe the following.
■ Method: Always thank you for [prepayment] . It has not been received in cash on arrival. Temporary payment is temporarily not accepted.
■ Delivery time: Please send it on the day before your stay or on your stay.
