Q. Can I make a reservation by telephone / e-mail?
A. When making a reservation by phone, please call the strange hotel reservation center (050-5894-3737).
 Reception hours are from 10: 00-18: 30. Reservation by e-mail is not available.In case

Q. Can I change / cancel reservation by telephone / e-mail?
A. I can not. If you made a reservation on WEB, please do the procedure on the web site (online agent) you reserved.
 If you make a reservation from the call center, please call the call center.

Q. When will my cancellation fee be charged?
A. It is 14 days before arrival. As a cancellation fee, 14 days ago: 10%, 7 days ago: 20%, previous day: 50%,
 If there is no contact on the day of accommodation, we will pay the full amount.

Q. Is there a parking lot? Can I reserve a parking lot?
A. The hotel has a parking lot.
■ Advance reservation Private parking space / 10 cars for regular cars 5 cars for large cars / buses
  (For large cars, 2 parallel cars are available for parallel parking.)
■ Reservation on the day Private parking lot / 14 cars for ordinary car

Q. Is there a shuttle from Maihama Station?
A. I have a free shuttle bus. Or use public transportation. Please check the access page.

Q. What time is check-in / check-out? Can you extend it?
A. Check-in is from 15 o'clock and check-out time is 10 o'clock. The short stay plan is check out at 9 am.
 Early check-in is not possible. Late check-out will be at 12 o'clock and an extra charge will be charged.

Q. Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
A. No. We can not keep baggage. Please deposit it in the coin locker outside the hotel entrance.
 Please note that the number of coin lockers is limited.
 ※ coin locker size: height 77.4 cm, side 34.6 cm, depth 48.2 cm

Q. Can I stay with minors only?
A. If a person under the age of 20 is staying, consent form by parental author is required.
 ※If a person under 15 years of age stay, parents are required to accompany them.

Q. Is there a barrier-free room?
A. There is one room (barrier-free room) for disabled guests who generally need assistance.

Q. Is there a non-smoking room?  Do you have a room where you can smoke?
A. The entire building is non-smoking. There is one place outside you can smoke.

Q. Is it possible for people staying in and out for 24 hours?
A. Freedom, 00: 00-06: 00, the main entrance is locked for crime prevention reasons.
 Please touch the room key of the room, or if you do not have it please let us know by the interphone outside the main entrance.

Q. Do you have human staff? If the physical condition got worse while staying, does the robot correspond?
A. The hotel staff is available 24 hours a day. In case of emergency, hotel staff will respond.


Q. What is the security measure for the robot's corresponding hotel?
A. We have confirmed 24 hours with a security camera. The hotel will be locked at night so we can not enter anything except the customer.  Also, the elevator to the cabin floor can not be used without a card key.

Q. Can I use the Internet?
A. Guests can use free Wi-Fi in the lobby.

Q. Do you have room service? Can you deliver a birthday celebration cake etc?
A. None.

Q. Is there a laundry service?
A. None.

Q. Can I send luggage to the hotel in advance, such as a suitcase?
A. It is possible. Please observe the following.
■ Method: Always thank you as [prepayment]. It does not receive it by cash on arrival. (We do not accept temporary payment temporarily.)
■ When shipping: Please send it on the day before your stay or on the day of your stay.
 In addition, please be sure to write "reserver name" with full name in the slip when sending.
■ Notes: Raw items / dangerous goods / baggage that strange smells, or baggage that we judged as such,
 and the contents we refuse according to the contents can not be deposited.
 In that case the shipping fee / return fee etc. will be paid by the customer.
